AUTHENTICITY:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Jewellery sold on our website osprey.fr<\/strong> as well as in our physical sales locations are submitted to strict controls and hallmarked by the Direction Nationale de la Garantie, a subsidiary of the Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes et des Droits Indirects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certain diamonds and other precious stones may benefit from a certificate of authenticity issued by the GIA, the HRD or by the Laboratoire Fran\u00e7ais de la Gemmologie de Paris.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise stated, the jewelry sold on our site is certified to be in 750\/1000th gold or 925\/1000th silver.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any item sold by us can be sent anywhere in the world accompanied by a certificate of authenticity as well as a detailed invoice with all the characteristics of the jewel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confirmation\/cancellation of the order will be delivered to you in writing (via email or post).<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWITHDRAWAL PERIOD : <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Despite all the care we pour into the descritpion and the quality of our products, if they do not meet your exoectations, you have a 14 day period to signify your desire to cancel the sale starting on the day of reception of the package. This is in compliance with the law on mail order. Please note that this option is only available for purchases made by mail order on the website “www.osprey.fr”<\/strong>. The Comptoir Europ\u00e9en Achat et Vente does not offer refunds for products bought in physical locations except if the reason for the refund is a hidden defect. <\/span><\/p>\n

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE \/ RETURN \/ REFUND : <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For any possible exchange\/refund, it is imperative to return the item to us in its original box, along with the certificate of authenticity and the invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any article having undergone a modification compared to its original state cannot be taken back. (resizing, engraving, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n

The return of a product is possible within a delay of 7 days after the day of the sale in a physical sales location or 14 days after the reception of the package. <\/span><\/p>\n

The return can be done in exchange for a voucher with a 1 month expiration date starting on the day the product is received by the Comptoir Europeen Achat et Vente in a physical sales location or in the form of an exchange with one or multiple products with an equal or higher value that the one returned to the Comptoir Europeen Achat et Vente. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of an exchange, the Comptoir Europeen Achat et Vente reserves itself the right to bill the eventual price difference between products if the resulting price is higher than what was initially paid.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of reimbursement, Comptoir Europ\u00e9en Achat et Vente will be able to deduct the costs of delivery and insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

About refunds because of hidden defects :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This type of refund is under 3 conditions : <\/span><\/p>\n

-The hidden defect has to have not been apparent when the purchase was made. <\/span><\/p>\n

-The hidden defect has to make the product unusable or severly diminish it’s usability. <\/span><\/p>\n

-The Comptoir Europ\u00e9en Achat et Vente has the right to refuse the refund if the product has been altered by another workshop or person that would make it impossible to determine the cause of the defect or it’s date of origin.<\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery area of “osprey.fr” covers the entire globe. Those made outside Europe are only for purchases paid by bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

In France, except in exceptional cases, your jewelery will be delivered to you at the value declared by the Post Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Europe and the rest of the world, the amount of the costs varies according to the place of delivery as well as the amount of the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prices, as well as the effective deadlines, will be specified to you upon confirmation of the order.<\/span><\/p>\n
